Individual Duplex House
A standalone duplex taken from concept drawings through to a finished interior, with the layout, elevation and internal finishes developed as one scheme.
The client came to us to renovate a kitchen. We completed it within the agreed timeline, and the conversation then widened to the rest of the home.
Rather than reach for structural change, we remodelled the existing rooms, reworking joinery, finishes and lighting to get a different house out of the same footprint. Planning, design and execution were handled in-house, with skilled craftsmen on site throughout.
